Mr. Detwiler is a Partner and Founder of Silver Swan. He is presently a Senior Advisor to Onex Corporation (“Onex”), an investment manager with $51 billion of assets under management and the Head of Carbon at Resource Environmental Solutions, LLC, an environmental finance platform owned by Onex and KKR & Co. Inc. (“KKR”).

Previously, Mr. Detwiler was Chairman and CEO of Clever Leaves Holdings, Inc. a leading company in the global pharmaceutical cannabinoid industry which listed on the NASDAQ in 2020. Prior to founding Silver Swan in 2015, Mr. Detwiler was a Principal at The Blackstone Group, a leading alternative investment manager with over $1 trillion of assets under management. As an early member of the Tactical Opportunities Fund, Mr. Detwiler was involved in the management or served as a board member in seven investments with roughly $1 billion of invested capital.

Previously, Mr. Detwiler was a member of the private equity practice at KKR, focusing on transactions in the oil & gas, energy, natural resource and health care sectors. He began his career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Detwiler graduated with distinction from Harvard Business School and cum laude from Princeton University.
